You'd never guess it, but these
truly cool snowflake
ornaments,
opposite
and
on
m iddle package,
were made
by cutting snowflake shapes
from two layers of blue card
stock glued together and
topped with a mixture of white
glue and glitter embossing
powder. The smaller, more
delicate snowflake on the
top package was made by
quilling, which is an old-
fashioned process of curling
and folding narrow strips
of paper.
